Returns & Refunds

SOAPS 

Due to the nature of our all-natural soap products, we cannot assure the purity of merchandise once it has been shipped. For safety and hygiene reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold so we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

 

CANDLES

 All of our candles are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles, cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Ageless Natural Beauty within 72 hours of delivery.

Ageless Natural Beauty  Handmade Soap and Candles is not responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for replacements, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of any returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.
